About the Author
Kristine Simelda, a baby boomer born in the US, has worn many different caps during the course of her lifetime. But for the past twenty-two years she has lived on Dominica, the Nature Island of the Caribbean, where she writes, farms, and raises large dogs. While living in "paradise," she has written three adult novels, two novels and a collection of short stories for young adults, a novella, and numerous pieces of short fiction.
